Christian is currently an Analyst with FAZ Forensics, where he focuses on forensic accounting and business valuation engagements, as well as the analysis of business interruption, economic damage, and lost earnings claims. He is a designated Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Prior to joining FAZ Forensics, Christian worked as a teller for Ballston Spa National Bank. This provided Christian with valuable experience in the banking industry and strengthened his customer service skills. Additionally, his familiarity with banking operations, financial statements, and rules and regulations, resulted in a smooth transition into forensic accounting and financial analysis; specifically bank statement analysis and reconciliation.
Christian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a focus in Finance, from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. His coursework at Penn State provided Christian with a valuable introduction and experience in forecasting, business valuation, financial reporting, and accounting information systems. He also developed valuable skills in portfolio management and fundamental security analysis, furthering his financial expertise. Outside of the classroom, Christian played rugby as a part of the Penn State Men’s Rugby team.
Driven by creating value for clients, his team at FAZ, and himself, Christian is currently working towards his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
